MANUFACTURE
Our factory background lies in 30+ years of experience in design and manufacturing of pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers and similar industrial components. So, we provide both the “brains” and the “muscle” for our products.
Therefore, we consider ourselves a fully competent and experienced factory which complies with relevant EU directives:
SERIAL HEX PRODUCTION & CAPACITY
Our manufacturing prowess and robust QA procedures ensure reliability for our products, which we consider to be among critical parts of the biogas plant.
- The heat biomass exchanger development started as an interesting adventure, but yielded significant market success.
- It became our main product, by which our brand is recognized across Europe and recently North America, with expected exports to USA and Canada.
- Therefore, we have dedicated one of our three production halls and switched from project-based to serial production of HEX units in 2018.
- Our HEX output capacity constantly increased with growing market demand, and is about to double in 2026 when construction of a new manufacture hall is finalized.
- Serial production enables us to maintain a permanent stock of HEX units for emergency services and short lead time demand.
IMPORTANT
All manufacturing operations are done in-house, with local and trusted workforce, which is the essence of our business. This enables us to retain full control of the manufacturing process, from material reception to FAT and site installation. We believe our “do-it-all-in-house” approach ensures constant quality, full traceability and maximum cost-effectiveness to the products.
MANUFACTURING IN PRACTICE
FAQ – MANUFACTURING OF DOUBLE-HELIX HEAT EXCHANGERS
All double-helix heat exchangers are manufactured in MONT Stubline’s own workshops with qualified personnel, certified welders and established QA/QC procedures. When required, third-party inspection bodies can witness key manufacturing and testing steps according to project specification.
Each exchanger is supplied with a complete manufacturing data book including material certificates, WPS/WPQR references, welding and NDT reports, pressure test certificates, coating/insulation records and final inspection reports. This documentation supports PED and local authority requirements for AD and biogas plants.
Yes. Besides our standard configurations, we routinely fabricate project-specific double-helix exchangers with customised dimensions, materials, design pressures and interfaces. These units follow the same controlled manufacturing process, testing and documentation as our standard HEX product range.
