Since the very first HEX delivery in 2011, site installation has been part of our scope. We have a dedicated specialist team that travels across Europe to ensure safe, cost-effective and technically sound installation and insulation of HEX modules.
Our team also provides emergency interventions, in-situ pressure testing in case of suspected leak, on-site diagnostics and remedial work, and in unlikely scenarios, singling out and replacing damaged HEX units.
With almost 15 years of experience of producing, installing and servicing the HEX system, we have gained highly specific know-how about practical operation in versatile conditions. We use accumulated problem-solving knowledge and valuable feedback from running plants to keep both our system and our support improving over time.
