Mont Stubline d.o.o. is a mechanical engineering company from Stubline (Belgrade area, Serbia), specialised in design, manufacture and installation of equipment for biogas plants – with a strong focus on double-helix (HEX) biomass heat exchangers.
Since 2011, we have been supplying leading EPCs and operators with HEX systems and related steelwork: from thermal and mechanical design, through fabrication and testing, to delivery and site installation. In-house engineering, proven QA procedures and close cooperation with our clients result in robust, reliable HEX units tailored to each specific plant.

MONT HEX is a modular double-helix heat exchanger system developed specifically for demanding anaerobic digestion duty. Designed for thick biomass with up to 20 % TS and high flows per line, the system combines high heat transfer efficiency, low pressure drop and proven long-term performance on large-scale biogas plants across Europe.
